The Ottawa County Sheriff's Department is located in the Detention Center/Communications Center building behind the Ottawa County Courthouse.

The Ottawa County Sheriff's Department is here to serve and protect all of the citizens of Ottawa County 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office covers approximatley 720 sq. miles, Including the communities of Minneapolis, Delphos, Culver, Tescott, Bennington, Ada, Wells, Niles and Verdi. Our staff includes the Sheriff, Undersheriff, Administrative Assistant, Deputies, School Resource Officer (SRO), Communication Dispatchers, and Corrections Officers.
