Well Child Clinics:
Provides physical and developmental assessments for children 0-6 years of age. Call for appointment.
Maternal & Infant:
Provides support and counseling by a nurse and a social worker for high risk pregnancies. Call for an appointment.
New Baby Visits:
Home visits to provide support and counseling to the parents.
Immunizations:
Provide all immunizations recommended for children.
Cost: $6.00 per/immunization.
WIC (Women, Infants & Children):
Supplemental Food Program for women, infants & children. A nutrition program for pregnant or breast feeding women and children up to the age of 5 years. Call for an appointment.
